Account information: Email address and password (encrypted) when you create an account.

Usage data: Zillow listing URLs you submit, video generation logs, and feature usage patterns.

Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Technical data: Browser type, IP address, and device information for security and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the video generation service
• To process payments and manage your account
• To send transactional emails (video ready, payment receipts)
• To debug issues and respond to support requests
• To prevent fraud and abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate:

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• Cloudflare R2: Video and media file storage
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Modal: Cloud computing for video generation
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• Vercel: Website hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Retention

Account data: Retained until you delete your account.

Generated videos: Stored for 90 days after creation, then automatically deleted.

Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

Logs: Retained for 30 days for debugging purposes.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Opt out of data processing for specific purposes

6. Admin Access

Our team may access your data for support, debugging, and service improvement purposes. All admin actions are logged for accountability. We will never sell, share, or misuse your data.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (JWT), and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
