MyReeltor ("the Service") is a product of Viral Ventures Group that generates cinematic property videos from Zillow listing URLs using artificial intelligence. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate misleading or fraudulent real estate content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI pipeline
• Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent rate limits
• Resell generated content without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

Videos generated through the Service are owned by you, the customer. Zillow listing data and photos belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use listing content in your videos.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. All sales are final once video generation begins. If the Service fails to produce a video due to a technical error on our end, you will receive a full refund or credit.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Video generation times may vary based on demand and third-party API availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Viral Ventures Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms
